1. 呈现句子对比：I am doing homework now. → I was doing homework at 8 last night. 讲解was/were + doing结构。
2. 利用课本1a图片，引导学生练习：“What was he/she doing when the rainstorm came?” “He/She was...”
3. 讲解并板书关键时间状语：at that time, at 8 yesterday, when the rainstorm came, while it was raining.
Step 3: Listening & Practice (15分钟)
1. 1b听力任务： 播放录音，学生匹配对话与图片。核对答案后，引导学生跟读，注意语音语调。
2. 1c结对活动： 学生根据图片和听力信息，模仿示例进行问答练习。
3. 2a-2b听力任务： 听前预测，播放录音完成时间排序和填空。讲解重点短语：go off (响), pick up (接电话)。
Step 4: Grammar Focus & Pair Work (10分钟)
1. 引导学生观察2c对话，归纳过去进行时疑问句及回答形式。
2. 小组活动： 创设新情景（如火灾警报、停电），两人一组用过去进行时编简短对话并展示。
Step 5: Consolidation & Homework (2分钟)
