报名流程：学校统一组织，你没权限自己报。步骤就仨：等学校通知→交材料交钱→确认信息。

补报/修改信息：错过学校统一安排就没了，改信息找辅导员问教务处窗口期。

费用 & 材料

报名费/收费标准：各校自定，45到100块左右，具体问你班学委。

证件/照片：交啥听学校通知，一般是在读证明（往届生是毕业证复印件）+身份证复印件+近期电子照片（蓝底居多）。

复习 & 答题

复习口诀：听力抓首句尾句，阅读先题干再原文，改错虚词（连词介词冠词代词）必看，翻译吃透主干再动笔。

蒙题：三长一短选最短？别信。但听力实在听不懂就选重复听到的那个词（文章或选项里）。

模板：作文就用“三段落+主题句”，开头复述材料亮观点，中间2-3个论点带例子，结尾总结重申。翻译主谓宾先搭对，再加修饰。

高频考点：改错必考非谓语动词、主谓一致、冠词误用；人文知识记英美澳加主要作家作品。

时间节点

报名时间：大四上学期（11月左右），具体等学校通知。

考试时间：每年3月（通常是第三个周六）。

打印准考证：考前1-2周，学校统一发或自己上报名网站打。

区别 & 含金量

专四 vs 专八：专八是终考，考不过就一次补考机会，专四没这限制。难度专八高一大截，听力材料更长更快，阅读篇幅和词汇量都上去，翻译写作要求更严。

含金量/有用吗：英语专业毕业硬指标，找工作（尤其教师、外贸、翻译）很多单位直接看这个证，没有的话容易卡门槛。实话就是，有这个证不一定多牛，但没有确实少块敲门砖。

There is a prevailing notion that technology simplifies our lives. However, a closer examination reveals that it often introduces a new layer of complexity. While I acknowledge the immense conveniences brought by technological advancements, I firmly believe that technology has, to a considerable extent, made our lives more complicated.

The primary evidence lies in the cognitive overload it induces. The constant influx of notifications, emails, and messages from myriad apps fragments our attention and heightens anxiety. We are perpetually connected, yet this hyper-connectivity demands continuous mental processing and rapid responses, leading to decision fatigue. Furthermore, the learning curve associated with ever-updating devices and software is steep. The time and effort spent mastering new interfaces, troubleshooting glitches, and navigating privacy settings are substantial, often outweighing the purported efficiencies.

Moreover, technology complicates social interactions. The nuances of face-to-face communication are eroded by digital mediation, sometimes creating misunderstandings. The pressure to curate a perfect online persona and the phenomenon of "comparison culture" on social media exacerbate psychological stress, complicating our emotional lives.

In conclusion, although technology undeniably offers tools for efficiency, it simultaneously erects new barriers of mental burden, constant adaptation, and social strain. Therefore, it is reasonable to argue that technology has intricately, and often unnecessarily, complicated the human experience.
