一、分数线、多少分、涨了还是降了？

分数线：申请美国Top 50大学，总分建议100+，单项别低于22。

多少分算高：110+是顶尖线，100-110是优秀线，90-100是合格竞争线，80-90是基础线。

近几年涨了还是降了：全球平均分这几年基本稳定在83-85分区间，但中国学生平均分常年在87分上下，没大波动。但高分段的竞争压力明显更大了。

预估分数规律：模考分数通常比实考低3-5分，因为考试紧张。

二、报名条件、报名流程、怎么报名

报名条件清单：1.有护照或二代身份证。2. 能网上支付。3. 年龄学历没限制。

报名流程清单：

1. 上教育部教育考试院托福报名官网（NEEA）。

2. 注册账号，填个人信息。

3. 往账户里充钱（考试费2450元）。

4. 查考位，选择时间和地点。

5. 用账户里的钱报名，确认。

补报/修改信息：考前4天前，登录官网能改时间或取消，但要交钱。个人信息（姓名、性别、证件号）填错必须打电话给考试中心改。

写作：综合写作背死模板：“The reading and the lecture both discuss... The reading claims that... However, the lecturer refutes this point by arguing that...” 独立写作开头结尾简单清楚，中间段例子编具体点。

五、报名时间、考试时间、打印准考证

报名时间：考位提前4-6个月放，热门地区（北上广）趁早抢。

考试时间：几乎每周末都有，具体日期看官网考位表。

打印准考证：没有纸质准考证！考试前3-5天登录官网打印考试确认信，主要是记下你的考试号。

六、区别、含金量、有用吗？

新托福 vs 雅思：托福偏学术（全是校园、课堂内容），雅思生活化一些。美国认托福，英联邦雅思也行，但美本美研优先看托福。

含金量：申请北美院校的硬通货，尤其顶尖学校，托福成绩比雅思稍微更受信任。

有用吗？ 想留学北美，必须考。国内找工作、评奖学金，有高分别人也会多看两眼，但不如留学申请用处那么直接。
