A Survey on Job Satisfaction
This bar chart clearly illustrates the results of a survey concerning job satisfaction among employees of different age groups in a certain company.
As can be seen from the chart, only 40% of employees under 40 are satisfied with their jobs. In stark contrast, the satisfaction rate jumps to 64% for those aged 41 to 50. Surprisingly, however, the figure for people over 50 plummets to a mere 16%, which is the lowest among all three groups.
Several factors may contribute to this disparity. Firstly, staff members between 41 and 50 are usually at the peak of their careers, enjoying higher positions and salaries, thus greater satisfaction. Secondly, those under 40 might be dissatisfied due to career pressure and uncertainty about their future. Part B（大作文，15分）：
内容切题（5分）： 第一段描述图表，第二段分析原因，第三段总结/预测。跑题直接完蛋。
结构逻辑（4分）： 三段式，用 Firstly, Secondly, In conclusion 这些连接词。
语言质量（6分）： 词汇别老用 happy， sad， 换点 satisfied， dissatisfied。句型别全是简单句，搞个定语从句、倒装句啥的。

阅读蒙题口诀（实在没招时参考）：
绝对化词汇（must, only, all, never）选项，大概率是错的。

答案常在转折词（but, however）后面。
语气缓和（may, might, likely）的选项，正确可能性高。
作文万能模板句（拿来就用）：
