核心技巧：
挂钩导师：提前查好报考学院老师的研究方向，在“读研动机”里提一嘴，精准匹配。
数字化：用“主持1个项目”、“阅读10+篇文献”代替“有项目经验”、“读了不少文献”。
练熟不背稿：说出口的感觉要像聊天，别像朗诵。可以自己录音听，掐时间。
