Dear Manager,
I’m a frequent user of our community library. While it’s a great resource, I’ve got a couple of suggestions to make it even better.
First, adding more recent English novels and magazines would really help. Many of us are looking for up-to-date materials to improve our English. More new books would attract more readers.
Second, setting up a quiet study area would be awesome. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy, and having a dedicated quiet space would help students focus better.
Also, how about organizing some English reading clubs or talks? It would encourage everyone to practice speaking and share ideas.
