一、每日时间安排示例
1. 早间段(6:30-8:00): 早起抢1.5小时。主攻背诵类:英语单词、政治考点、专业课名词解释。通勤路上听音频磨耳朵。
2. 午间段(12:30-13:30): 午休挤1小时。快速过知识点或做几道选择题,保持手感。别贪多,防止下午崩溃。
3. 晚间核心段(20:00-23:30): 下班后务必抢出整块3-4小时。这是黄金时间,主攻需要理解和大段做题的内容:
20:00-21:30 专业课/数学硬骨头(需要高度专注)
21:40-22:40 英语阅读/政治大题(切换科目换脑子)

二、硬核原则(直接照做)
周末集中火力: 全天当两天用,模拟考试、刷真题、攻克难点全堆这两天。
碎片化是命根子: 所有等人、排队、吃饭时间,手机里只存复习资料,刷题APP或知识点截图。
“开机”要快: 学习前别刷手机,直接坐下就学,仪式感越少越好。
睡眠不能砍: 睡不够6小时,第二天全废,效率比时长重要。
定死休息日: 每两周留半天彻底放空,防止 burnout。
