3. 词句别太low：多用点像“naturally”、“sources”、“opportunities”、“grasp”这种词。别老用初中词汇，但也不用硬凹特别生僻的。
4. 字数卡准了：题目要求150词左右。写太少肯定扣分，写超了可能啰嗦，自己看着办。
5. 提建议要实在：别光喊口号“应该改进教学”，得像范文里那样写具体点，比如“多推荐有趣的书刊”、“多办英语竞赛和英语节”。这样显得你真有想法。

Dear teacher and schoolmates,
It’s a great pleasure for me to be here today and share my experience of learning English with you. I’m interested in English and hope to be an interpreter in the future. I usually memorize twenty new words a day and put them to use whenever possible. After class, I often listen to English programs on TV and on the radio. Besides, I’ve learned a lot from the Internet and other sources.
Now, I’d like to make some suggestions on English teaching and learning in our school. Firstly, we should be given more opportunities to use what we’ve learned in order to have a better grasp of it. Secondly, I hope our teachers can recommend more interesting books and magazines and give us more free time to read them.
